DNC Titan is an upgraded version featuring robust hardware design and multiple advanced functions and utilities.<\/p>\n

The DNC Titan transfer unit is used to transmit machining programs from a USB device to CNC machines (such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, woodworking CNC machines, punching CNC machines, computerized embroidery machines, etc.). Compactly designed, the DNC Titan can be attached directly to the machine body with a magnet, saving workspace, allowing for quick and easy operation \u2014 an ideal replacement for computers in DNC data transmission.<\/p>\n

2. Design Features & Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.4-inch LCD screen with 65,536 colors: displays program content, file and folder lists \u2014 clear, intuitive, and visually appealing.<\/p>\n

– Built-in 4GB memory for storing and managing machining programs<\/p>\n

– 02 USB 2.0 ports<\/p>\n

– Communication interfaces: RS232 and 50-pin Parallel<\/p>\n

– ON\/OFF power switch<\/p>\n

– 04 built-in magnets for easy installation<\/p>\n

– 06 control buttons: RESET, FUNCTION, BACK, SET, UP, DOWN<\/p>\n

– Features include COPY-PASTE, CUT-PASTE, RENAME, NEW FOLDER, and DELETE \u2014 allowing convenient file and folder operations, as well as data management within USB and internal memory.<\/p>\n

– AUTO CUTTING feature \u2013 Automatically splits machining programs, allowing users to set cutting parameters by Percentage (%) or Line Number (N); enables previewing of the program content after cutting.<\/p>\n

– SEND feature \u2013 Transfers machining programs to CNC machines and allows real-time viewing of the G-code being transmitted.<\/p>\n

– FORCED SEND feature \u2013 Forces the transfer of machining programs directly into the CNC machine.<\/p>\n

– RECEIVE feature \u2013 Receives machining programs or parameters from the CNC machine.<\/p>\n
